P. v. Trujillo, 071715

Affirming a trial court sentence of a year in county jail and three years of formal probation for a man convicted of attempted robbery and assault by means likely to cause great bodily injury because an electronics-search probation condition was reasonable because it allowed the probation department to effectively supervise the convict and privacy rights were outweighed by the state's need to monitor the convict's conduct and protect public safety.
