Affirming the conviction and life sentence for special circumstance felony murder in the case of a man who sexually assaulted a woman while she was in a diabetic coma who subsequently died because there was sufficient causal relationship between his failure to seek medical assistance and his sex crimes to support a conviction for first degree felony murder and evidence her death was intended to advance the defendant's sex crime was not required by state law or constitutional principle.
