Granting a petition for habeas corpus and vacating a finding on the robbery-murder special circumstance allegation, remanding for resentencing, in the case of a man convicted for aiding and abetting a robbery in which his associate shot and murdered one of the victims because the Supreme Court's decisions in P. v. Banks (2015) 61 Cal.4th 788 (Banks) and P. v. Clark (2016) 63 Cal.4th 522 (Clark) had subsequently altered the interpretation of participation in and reckless indifference regarding the acts leading to the loss of life.
