California Court of Appeal

P. v. Brooks, 070918

Reversing a judgment of conviction involving a plea agreement that resulted in 29 terms of probation the convict felt improperly delegated the terms of probation to the probation officer, failed to provide due process on account of the vague powers and decisions passed to the probation officer, and erred by requiring him to pay a drug testing fee because it did not apply to his conviction for unlawful possession of ammunition.
