Affirming the dismissal of a lawsuit involving a man suing the school district he worked for and complained of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation because the defendants' anti-SLAPP motion argued that the gravamen of the complaint had to do with a protected activity, namely speech that was part of an investigation in response to a molestation allegation.
