Affirming the District Court's denial of appellant's motion for summary judgment because secular organizations that take an anti-abortion stance are not entitled to opt out of the Affordable Care Act's requirements regarding the provision of contraception for their employees because the different treatment afforded religious and non-religious institutions does not implicate the protections of the Fourth Amendment.
