In Re A.C., 071772

Affirming orders terminating parental rights and placing a woman's two sons for adoption and holding that emails and calls to a Mexican court were sufficient to determine that it did not seek to exercise jurisdiction over the children because the mother did not raise objections to attempts to communicate with the court by email and phone prior to appeal, nor did she cite any case or authority showing a duty to verify the delivery of the emails and there was no evidence the emails were incorrect or were not received.
