California Court of Appeal

P. v. Bloomfield, 148919

Affirming the trial court's denial of relief under Proposition 47 because her convictions for access card forgery were distinguishable from Prop. 47's references to check forgery offenses and the difference in treatment between those convicted of different forgery offenses was not an equal protection violation because there was a rational basis for the distinction in sentences.
