In a case involving an internal investigation of police conduct a pair of officers were secretly recorded while executing a search warrant at a marijuana dispensary and investigators later refused to produce recordings of their initial interrogations prior to a second interrogation. The court held that the officer's privacy act complaints about their recording were not Privacy Act violations since they had no reasonable expectation of privacy, but also concluded that the failure to produce interrogation materials provided a valid cause of action under the Public Safety Officers Bill of Rights Act.
