In a construction case alleging claims for payment for construction and related services, the trial court's judgment sustaining defendant's demurrer, because plaintiff failed to allege that it had a contractor's license, are reversed in part and remanded to provide the opportunity for plaintiff to amend its complaint to allege claims for noncontractor services only, where plaintiff adequately alleged in its second amended complaint that some of the services it provided did not require a contractor's license.
