In an appeal of a minor's motion to seal records pertaining to his dismissed delinquency petition alleging that he possessed a sharpened letter opener on school grounds, Pen. Code section 626.10(a) and Welf. & Inst. Code section 602, the trial court's denial of the motion to seal is reversed where the minor is entitled to have his records sealed under section 786.
