Sentence and conviction of robbery are: 1) affirmed as to conviction and sentence; but 2) reversed as to restitution, where the trial court abused its discretion in making the restitution award because it awarded the victim both (a) the decrease in fair market value of the truck resulting from the damage caused by the ramming and (b) the cost to repair the truck, Pen. Code section 1202.4(f)(3)(A).
