Code, section 29800(a), and his admission to two sentencing enhancements, is affirmed over defendant's contentions that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence on the ground that his Fourth Amendment rights were violated by an unlawful search and seizure resulting in the discovery of one of the firearms.
