California Court of Appeal

Young v. City of Coronado, 070210

In an action brought by a plaintiff who owned a building and sought a permit to demolish it, challenging the city's designation of the building as an historic landmark and denial of the demolition permit, the trial court's decision is affirmed where plaintiffs have not show that the city abused its discretion in designating the dwelling subject property as a historic resource and denying a demolition permit.
