Conviction of driving under the influence (DUI) causing injury, Veh. Code section 23153(a), and driving with a BAC in excess of 0.08 percent causing injury, section 23153(b), is affirmed over defendant's claim that the trial court abused its discretion in excluding a third party admission made by another vehicle occupant against penal interest indicating she, and not defendant, was driving at the time of the accident.
