Grant of defendant's motion to recall sentence for conviction of possession of methamphetamine for sale, Health & Saf. Code section 11378, with three prior narcotics sales convictions, section 11370.2(c), is reversed where, after the execution of defendant's sentence for a term in county jail pursuant to the Realignment Act had begun, the trial court lacked jurisdiction to modify the sentence.
