People v. Chestra, 264462

Sentence and conviction for first degree murder, Penal Code section 187(a), with findings that defendant personally and intentionally discharged a firearm causing death, section 12022.53(d), and with four prior conviction allegations admitted within the meaning of sections 667(d) and 1170.12(b), is: 1) modified as to the oral pronouncement of judgment to include a $300 parole revocation restitution fine, section 1202.45; but 2) otherwise affirmed where any error in failing to instruct on voluntary manslaughter was harmless.
