Sentence and conviction of multiple assault and gang-related counts arising out of a group attack on fellow prisoners in the Yuba County jail are: 1) modified as to sentence on count 3, active participation in a criminal street gang, to impose a full-term sentence instead of one-third the midterm imposed by the court and further order execution of that sentence stayed pursuant to section 654; and 2) otherwise affirmed.
