People v. Vega-Robles, 137121
Conviction of conspiracy to sell controlled substances, attempted robbery, and two first degree murders, and found true gang and firearm enhancements, are reversed in part and affirmed in part where the testimony of gang experts, and the instructions on expert testimony, violated People v. Sanchez in certain respects, but the errors were harmless beyond a reasonable doubt.
