Dr. Leevil, LLC v. Westlake Health Care Center, 266931
In a case in which a purchaser at a foreclosure sale sought to evict the occupant of the property as soon as possible and served a notice to quit after the sale but before recording title to the property, the trial court judgment is affirmed where Code of Civil Procedure section 1161a does not require that title be recorded before the notice to quit is served.
