In the People's appeal from the trial court's dismissal of three felony and three misdemeanor criminal charges 'in the furtherance of justice,' pursuant to Penal Code section 1385, all relating to acts by defendant allegedly arising out of the submission of a single false insurance claim to his automobile insurer in the amount of $360, the dismissal is affirmed where the trial court did not abuse its discretion in dismissing the case after it was pending for four years.
