In a case in which defendant was convicted and sentenced for assault with a semiautomatic firearm upon a peace officer, Pen. Code section 245(d)(2), residential burglary, Pen. Code section 459, and possession of a firearm by a felon, Pen. Code section 12021(a), the trial court's imposition of sanctions against defendant, for refusing to answer questions on cross-examination by striking his entire testimony, is affirmed where the striking of defendant's testimony was not an abuse of discretion.
