Defendant's probation with numerous conditions and court order to register as a narcotics offender under Health and Safety Code section 11590, for a plea of no contest to attempted possession of a controlled substance for sale, Pen. Code section 664 and Health & Saf. Code section 11378, are affirmed where: 1) section 11590 applies to attempted and completed violation of section 11378; and 2) defendant's challenges to the probation condition are without merit.
