Denial of defendant's motion to withdraw a no contest plea to human trafficking of a minor, Penal Code section 236.1(c), is affirmed where: 1) the probation conditions set forth in section 1203.067 were not direct consequences of defendant's plea and thus had not required a pre-plea advisement under Bunnell v. Superior Court (1975) 13 Cal.3d 592; 2) defendant failed to establish prejudice; and 3) there are no basis for withdrawing the plea on ineffective assistance of counsel grounds.
