California Court of Appeal

People v. Price, 140775

Life sentence without parole for conviction of robbery and first degree murder, with a true finding of a robbery-murder special-circumstance allegation, is: 1) affirmed over defendant's claim that the People, by representing to the court that her co-defendants committed voluntary manslaughter and prosecuting defendant for murder, adopted versions of both the law and the facts that were irreconcilable and deprived defendant of due process; but 2) reversed as to the imposition of a parole revocation fine, an issue which the People concede.
