A victim restitution order following a judgment of conviction driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury in violation of Vehicle Code section 23153(a) is affirmed where the doctrine of comparative negligence does not apply to reduce Penal Code section 1202.4 restitution to which the parents of a direct victim are entitled as reimbursement for their own economic loss.
