When a defendant was convicted of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury and of involuntary manslaughter of a single victim, the enhanced sentence is affirmed where the trial court did not err by imposing a great bodily injury enhancement on the assault count and a stay of the term imposed on the involuntary manslaughter count.
