In re Q.R., 043075

Conditions of juvenile probation, after admitting to felony possession of child pornography, Pen. Code section 311.11(a) and extortion, sections 518 and 520, are affirmed, where given the direction relationship between minor's offenses and his use of an electronic device, the condition requiring him to submit all electronic devices under his control to warrantless search by the probation department and to provide passwords necessary to access information on those devices, is appropriately tailored so as not to be unconstitutionally overbroad.
