People v. Ochoa, 137763

On remand from the California Supreme Court in light of the decision in People v. Sanchez (2016) 63 Cal.4th 665, sentence and conviction of various offenses, including threatening public officers, are affirmed where having analyzed the testimony of the gang expert introduced by the prosecution under both the confrontation clause of the U.S. Constitution and California‘s hearsay rule, there is no prejudicial error.
