In a class action against plaintiff's former employer alleging wage and hour violations, filed Private Attorney General Act of 2004 (PAGA), the trial court's summary adjudication order in favor of defendant on the PAGA claim and summary judgment order on all remaining claims is: 1) reversed in part where the court erred in granting summary judgment with respect to certain of plaintiff's individual claims; and 2) affirmed in part where the court properly entered judgment in defendant's favor on all remaining claims, including the PAGA cause of action and the class-certified claims.
