Denial of parole by the Board of Parole Hearings is reversed where the Board’s decision that defendant lack of insight into his criminal conduct and his disciplinary history in prison was arbitrary and in violation of due process because it was unsupported by some evidence of his current dangerousness. The order is vacated and remanded to the Board for further proceedings consistent with due process of law.
