In an action between board members of a San Diego homeowners association, arising out of a dispute over the renewal of the HOA managerial contract, the trial court’s denial of defendant’s anti-SLAPP motion is reversed where: 1) the gravamen of plaintiffs’ complaint involved protected activity under Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16; and 2) plaintiffs cannot show a probability of success on the merits.
