Sentence and conviction by jury of possession and transportation of a controlled substance, in violation of Health and Safety Code sections 11378 and 11379, are affirmed over defendant's meritless contentions that the trial court erred in: 1) failing to instruct the jury that the transported controlled substance was for sale; and 2) imposing the enhancements for prior section 11379 convictions, because his prior convictions did not require proof of intent to sell.
