In a dispute arising out of an child support agreement in a dissolution of marriage, the trial court grant of ex-husband's request to reduce the monthly child support payment, finding a material change in circumstances based on a decline in his employment income, is reversed where substantial evidence did not support the court's finding of a material change in his circumstances for purposes of meeting his child support obligation.
