Code section 11378, entered after the trial court denied his motion to suppress evidence made pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5, is affirmed over defendant's claim that the trial court erred in ruling that the vehicle inventory search was reasonable and incident to a lawful arrest for driving under the influence.
