In parent's appeal from the juvenile court's order terminating their parental rights, Welf. & Inst. Code section 366.26, the order is: 1) affirmed in part as to mother's separate appeal over her claim that minor is not adoptable; but 2) reversed in part where the juvenile court failed to comply with the notice requirements of the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978, 25 U.S.C. section 1901 et seq., (ICWA).
