California Court of Appeal

In re Carlos H., 268893

In a minor's appeal of juvenile court's pre-adjudication restraining order against him prohibiting him from, among other things, contacting the victim through a third party, and directing him to stay 100 yards away from the victim, the juvenile court orders are affirmed over minor's claim that the juvenile court abused its discretion, because the form used by the court to enter the order, form JV-255, purportedly does not permit such restrictions.
