People v. Valenzuela, 269027

Sentence for street terrorism under Penal Code section 186.22, subd. (a) is affirmed where the conviction survives even after the felony conviction that is based upon the same conduct has been reduced to a misdemeanor as the offense does not require a felony conviction, only that the conduct resulting in the conviction was felonious at the time it was committed.
