Sentence for voluntary manslaughter based on a prior conviction for battery resulting in serious bodily injury is vacated and remanded where the evidence from defendant's conviction for battery is insufficient to support the required personal infliction of serious bodily injury finding needed to establish it as a serious felony for sentencing purposes.
