In a fifth amended complaint asserting claims for violations of the Labor Code, and related causes of action, including breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, and negligence, the trial court's judgment sustaining defendants' demurrers relating to the fifth amended complaint without leave to amend is: 1) reversed in part where the proposed complaint states claims against defendants for breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, and negligence; and 2) affirmed in part as to all other issues.
