Conviction of first degree murder is reversed where: 1) the exclusion of the homeless-defendant's expert testimony, regarding the studies that homeless individuals are the victims of crime at a significantly higher rate than housed individuals, was an abuse of discretion and deprived him of his constitutional right to present a complete defense of imperfect self-defense; and 2) this error was prejudicial.
