In re D.H., 147361

In an appeal from a juvenile court order declaring a minor a ward of the court and placing him on probation after he admitted to a misdemeanor count of indecent exposure, the probation conditions are: 1) vacated as to the no-pornography condition because it is vague, and remanded for the juvenile court to modify it in the first instance; and 2) affirmed as to the attendance condition.
