In a criminal sentencing action, the trial court's postjudgment orders resentencing defendants to probation are affirmed where defendants' previous sentence modifications under Graham v. Florida, 560 U.S. 48 (2010), in 2012 did not deprive the trial court of jurisdiction to recall their modified life sentences under Penal Code section 1170(d).
