Conviction of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, hit and run with injury, and second degree manslaughter (in a retrial) is reversed as to second degree murder where the trial court erred during retrial by not informing the jury that defendant had been convicted in the first trial of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
