Sentence for four counts of assault with a firearm after defendant robbed four men at an outdoor card game is affirmed. The Court held that Penal Code section 654's bar on multiple punishments does not bar the application of four sentencing enhancements for assault causing great bodily injury, for the four victims of assault, when only one victim suffered great bodily injury after defendant shot him.
