Wal Mart Stores v. United Food & Commercial Workers, 259926
In a dispute between Wal Mart and a labor union, the trial court's grant of a permanent injunction barring defendants from conducting demonstrations inside plaintiff's stores is affirmed where the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. section 1951 et seq., does not preempt plaintiff's trespass action.
