In a suit brought by tenants who leased an apartment in a large complex from defendant, in which plaintiffs' apartment became infested with bedbugs, and the complex had an ongoing raw sewage problem, forcing plaintiffs' to leave, the trial court's entry of the jury verdict in plaintiffs' favor and award of their attorney fees based on Civil Code section 1717 is affirmed where the verdict form was not erroneous and the award of attorney fees was proper.
