Conditions of probation for no contest plea to unlawful oral copulation, Pen. Code section 288a(b)(2), and unlawful sexual intercourse, section 261.5(d), are: 1) stricken as to the Fifth Amendment waiver; 2) affirmed as to the polygraph requirement, shorn of the compelled Fifth Amendment waiver; and 3) modified as to the no contact with minors, residency, and location probation conditions.
