In a dissolution of marriage case, involving a high earner's post judgment request for a reduction of his child support obligations to guideline and his request to terminate spousal support in the wake of the wife's remarriage, the court orders are affirmed are: 1) the trial court correctly denied the high earner's requests to modify the child support amounts down to a guideline amount; and 2) correctly denied his request to terminate spousal support in the wake of the ex-wife's subsequent remarriage.
