Probation for pleading no contest to possession for sale of cocaine, Health & Saf. Code section 11351, and driving under the influence (DUI) with a prior DUI conviction, Veh. Code section 23152(e), is modified where the condition of curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. is invalid under People v. Lent (1975) 15 Cal.3d 481 and unconstitutional.
